Q-Sight Work In Process (WIP) manager 
Q-Sight offers the monitoring of WIP in real-time at each defined step in the production cycle, simultaneously, per individual serial number, to identify products that are entering each phase of production. The product bar-codes (serial numbers) can be scanned at each automatic production process, workstation or WIP checkpoint to provide on-line tracking information and product traceability.
For each individual workflow all steps, stations or processes can be monitored to provide real-time information on WIP inventory, lots/products per process, lots/products on hold, reworks and scrap.
