Q-Sight Process Flow Manager
With the Process Flow Manager it is easy to define manufacturing flows. It allows for an unlimited amount of user defined flows (forced flows), including complex loops and repair frequency counters. The flows are tightly linked to the WIP manager, which uses the process steps as well as intermediate ‘WIP checkpoints' to generate online WIP information.
The Q-Sight Flow Manager generates lots and individual serial numbers online as per each process flow; these can be linked to different serial numbers within one single production lot. Linked flows can be modified during production per individual serial number for maximum flexibility.
