Flow Manager
With the Flow Manager it is easy to define manufacturing flows, and allows for an unlimited amount of user defined flows (forced flows), including complex loops and repair frequency counters. The flows are tightly linked to the WIP manager, which uses the process steps as well as resulting intermediate ‘WIP registration points' to generate online WIP information. The Flow Manager generates lots and individual serial numbers online as per each process flow. Different flows can be linked to different serial numbers within one single production lot.
