Q-Sight Paperless Repair
Q-Sight supports the repair process of manufacturing defects as well as field returns. After entering the serial number of a product (barcode scan or manually), all stored defect data for the repair process as well as the product data is accessed from the Q-Sight server and automatically loaded into the viewer. The defects are graphically located and highlighted to support the repair process. There is no difference in handling between production repair or field return units; all relevant information is immediately available.
