Change Management (ECR/ECO)
Engineering Change Request / Engineering Change Order (ECR/ECO) management is a key function of the CXInsight PLM functionality. CXInsight ECR/ECO supports the full range of simple to complex product changes, divided in two categories: automatic object revisions (minor) and ECR/ECO driven document revisions (major). The automatic object revisions are part of the embedded CXInsight automatic revision control mechanism that keeps track of even the smallest modifications and is eventually part of the formal document revision.
